Unexpected error message after no-current warning

Issue Description

When attempting to perform a polynomial fit in the GPA calculation , the following error occurs:
Error: 'p' is used before it is referenced in GPA calculation

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run Spin-Echo 2D [UNTESTED]
2. Check logs file
3. See warning and error

Expected behavior
Only the warning Poly fit failed due to numerical problems -- perhaps no current could be output.
