Generate initial backlog this will include items like
- Design how you will store/retrieve your data
- Design your information architecture (app or website map and flow)
- Design your UI (Initially hand drawn wire frames)
- Design your client/server interactions
- Spikes for unknowns that you need to research (your users, the users demographics, what data store would be best, where you run your client/servers)
- Spikes on what tools you'll need for development
- Spike on competing product exploration (findings in PDD)
- Spike on how earn enough revenue to develop, run and distribute product (cost recovery model) (findings in PDD)
