chat bot does not support openqa urls as returned by openqa-clone-job #3
Description
The script openqa-clone-job returns urls to openQA test in the form: https://openqa.opensuse.org/t$TEST_NUMBER in contrast to https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/$TEST_NUMBER. The bot only recognizes the later, it would be terrific if it could also handle the former.
