All agents ONLY have Linux/Bash command descriptions

I was reading through the Agents' md files and noticed that all the workflows there have bash commands. Is there any way we could add equivalent Windows Powershell commands too and design add a nice switching/building mechanism that is OS dependent so that tokens are efficiently consumed?

Naively, we could both though, but not very efficient I guess...
