First thanks for all your work on the royal 2.0 pcb they are amazing.
I think I have experienced an issue I am pretty sure the switch diode direction line is on the wrong side. In qmk with diodes going col2row I am only getting switch input when reversing the physical diode direction. I could be doing something wrong or miss understanding the diode line.
