Unify the Directory Structure for QDMI Devices #1332
Description
As pointed out by @burgholzer in #1328 (comment), especially the NA device lives currently out of place compared to other QDMI devices. Consequently, the NA device should be moved to the same location as the others. While doing that, one could also think about proper namespacing the devices.
