Incorrect links in ontology terms in documentation

Internal link to ontology terms in documentation are prefixed with term_ e.g. https://rdf.muninn-project.org/ontologies/graves-en.html#term_Ashes

At the term, the link to itself is documented as https://rdf.muninn-project.org/ontologies/graves-en.html#Ashes, without the term_ prefix. This returns you to the top of the page.
