Week 4 snapshot
This week looked more like consolidation than another broad leaderboard shock.
+1)-1)0)0)0)0)0)+1)0)-1)0)What drove the week
Cursor
Recent community discovery still surfaced billing, refund, and support-friction threads, but we did not find a fresh trust event on the scale of last week's Kimi K2.5 shock. That kept Cursor from rebounding hard, but it did look more stable than Week 3.
Windsurf
We still did not get a clean acquisition-resolution signal. Cascade remains a real product-strength theme, but uncertainty around continuity and plan clarity kept sentiment soft.
Dify
Dify regained a point on product momentum. MCP/workflow energy is still carrying weight even though self-hosting and docs remain the recurring complaint.
Linear
Linear remains the clean positive control in the board: strong affection for speed and keyboard-first design, with the usual reporting / enterprise-planning ceiling still intact.
Devin
No strong fresh counter-signal overcame the persistent pricing objection, so Devin softened another point.
Method note
This refresh used the requested Reddit + HN pass where accessible. Reddit's direct JSON/search endpoints were blocked from this environment during collection, so the final scoring stayed conservative and used accessible community discovery plus official status/changelog surfaces to avoid inventing larger moves than the evidence supported.
