[Feature request] Removing packages

It would be great if it has the ability to remove a package from top layer to decrease the image size
Or does it has the ability already?

I think you'd need to be pretty careful with the layers to get this to do anything useful. At this point we should just try to make it easier for people to build their own ISOs ...
