Broken links in crosstool-NG dependency

The urls used to download isl-0.14 and expat-2.1.0 do not serve these files anymore. This breaks the compilation. Instead I resorted to urls mentioned in pfalcon/esp-open-sdk#386.

There are two more packages with broken links in crosstool-NG: mpfr-3.1.3 and gcc-4.8.5. As far as I understand, crosstool-NG has fixed some of these broken links but only for more recent versions. And here you can find a list for fixes and viable workarounds: crosstool-ng/crosstool-ng#1625
In order to make things easier for others who stumble upon this problem I collected all those packages with broken links to mybutton.codecivil.de and suggest as a workaround: simply redirect

• isl.gforge.inria.fr,
• downloads.sourceforge.net,
• www.mpfr.org and
• sourceware.org

to mybutton.codecivil.de in your local resolver (temporarily) on the host machine. After this change the download succeeds.

A better solution, of course, would be to fix the links properly within the workflow of installing crosstool-NG in build.sh.

I was not successful with your DNS redirects and haven't checked, if I missed something, but without your attempts I would not even have tried further to compile the project.

Just opened a PR, which uses my fork of ct-ng with some minor rough modifications.
For me, it compiles successfully (haven't tested the resulting firmware yet, though).
