mywebclass.org on calendar

I need the following done on mywebclass.org:
1.  I need a calendar that is global and then each group "course" should have a block for "Assignments" and "Events" respectively.   these blocks should display the event content type or assignment content type and only show.  The date for the assignment should be when it is due.
