Document how database conversion can be combined MediaWiki upgrade / downgrade #2
Description
According to #1, the scripts support downgrading (or upgrading?) of the MediaWiki version during database conversion. I suppose that this functionality is limited to the conversion originally found in the script (1.35 -> 1.31). Is this the case? A brief documentation of the feature would be very helpful for future users.
