Consider submission of YODA for INCF endorsement

@yarikoptic since this was moved to an unusually named GitHub repo, I was just curious if it was a deliberate move or perhaps a git-bug edge case you found ;)

this is a standard name for github . see https://www.freecodecamp.org/news/how-to-use-the-dot-github-repository/ or alike and also observe how https://github.com/myyoda/ looks like now. I do not see how that though relates to this issue at hands?

Cool! Only related in that IIRC this issue lived in a different repo before. I suppose this is ok since this could be like an "org level" issue.
