I'm Noah, the solo developer behind nForms. Wanted to kick off discussions with a quick intro.

What nForms is

A form backend that ships bot protection and accessible form validation in one script tag:

• Shield — SHA-256 Proof-of-Work instead of CAPTCHA. No cookies, no puzzles, invisible to users.
• Accessible — Automatic WCAG 2.2 AA validation via data-validate attributes. ARIA injection, focus management, i18n.
• EU-only — All data on Cloudflare Workers/D1/R2 in Frankfurt. No US data transfers.

Why I built it

Every form I added to client sites needed three things: spam protection, accessibility compliance, and GDPR compliance. reCAPTCHA handles one (badly). WCAG needs manual ARIA work. GDPR means more cookie banners. I wanted one script tag that handles all three.

Current status

nForms is in public beta. Free tier: 100 submissions/month, unlimited forms, Shield Basic.
