compatiblity issues with Ray.rllib

What is the version of Ray that is used for this repository? I tried all available versions of ray : 1.13.0, 2.0.0rc0, 2.0.0rc1, 2.0.0, 2.0.1, 2.1.0, 2.2.0, 2.3.0rc0, 2.3.0, 2.3.1, 2.4.0, 2.5.0, 2.5.1, 2.6.0, 2.6.1, 2.6.2, 2.6.3, 2.7.0rc0, 2.7.0, 2.7.1, 2.7.2, 2.8.0, 2.8.1, 2.9.0, 2.9.1, 2.9.2, 2.9.3, 2.10.0, 2.11.0, 2.12.0, 2.20.0, 2.21.0, 2.22.0, 2.23.0, 2.24.0, 2.30.0, 2.31.0, and the code throw "ray.rllib.xxx module not found" kind of error for each of these versions.
