Hi, when I was trying to reannotate my fast5 file with my fastq file from Dorado, I ran such command:
tombo preprocess annotate_raw_with_fastqs --fast5-basedir ~/chromatin/fast5_all --fastq-filenames ~/ONT_m6A/chromatin_2.fastq
However, it returned with "Added sequences to a total of 0 reads"
Could you please help me with this problem?
Is there anything to do with how I store my fast5 file?
