I found your Azure Storage connection credentials here https://github.com/nayyhah/Decipher/blob/main/decipher795/.env
I think you should remove it from public Github Repository to prevent abuse/misuse of credentials and reset it. Please don't forget to reset credentials as it can be easily obtained from git history.
