Installation via pip fails



`pip install genevector` throws the following error:
```
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement genevector (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for genevector
```


Navigating to `https://pypi.org/project/genevector-nceglia/` gives a 404 error.
