Problem
Many volunteers who were already matched with opportunities in Notion still show those opportunities as `suggested` in the new system. The actual matching status has not been migrated.
What needs to happen
- Read the matching/deal status for each volunteer-opportunity pair from Notion
- Map to the correct status in the new system (e.g. matched, active, completed)
- Update the records so the dashboard reflects the real state from Notion
