Dashboard: filters panel overlaps the opportunity/volunteer cards

Summary

The filters panel on both the Opportunities and Volunteers dashboard is positioned incorrectly, it overlaps the cards instead of sitting beside them.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in and go to the Opportunities or Volunteers dashboard
2. Open the filters panel
3. Observe the position of the panel on screen

Expected Behavior

The filters panel should appear to the side of the cards/list without covering them.

Actual Behavior

The filters panel is placed in a way that covers the VO or volunteer cards, making it hard to see the content behind.
