Change BIOS settings on Barcelona nodes for NAIRR PI

One of the NAIRR PIs using nodes on the Barcelona cluster requests IOMMU be disabled in BIOS. These are the settings:

System Settings --> Devices and I/O Ports --> IOMMU --> Disabled

System Settings --> Processors --> Secured-Core --> IOMMU --> Disabled
```

and these are the nodes:
