separate preview window

in order to fully get a sense for how ur sketch will look when it's published, it could be useful to pop-out the iframe-preview window into it's own pop-up window, this way u can change it's width/height directly without having to mess with the netnet window.

this is still regularly being flagged as an issue. rather than waiting until we've got this pop up idea working, maybe we should create a new layout, something like "aside", where netnet gets smaller (maybe even transparent or blurred bg, so only the face is really visible) and anchors itself in a corner. this way it's fairly out of the way, but still visible, clicking on it would open it back up to the dock-left
