Windows icon only shows when app is running

This seems to be because the .exe launches another app which is the one with the icon?

Not critical for this release, but nice if easy to fix.

Just uploaded the latest build for testing the various recent fixes (mainly
serial port bug in Windows).

Re. the Windows icon, changing the desktop icon requires monkeying around
in Windows with a resource hacker app. I will play with that and see if I
can get it to work, but maybe for next release? The old version was built
using Eclipse rather than Processing, which allowed setting of an icon.
