Updated UAVR Core Service removal script and linked in static assets

• Added Joe Dibley's updated PowerShell script that removes UAVR Core Service to static assets for NA.
  -- Script originally created to address a now patched vulnerability in Core Service. Script now also removes Registry Keys to help with the duplication problems we see in Support cases.
  -- Per Konstantin, script should be reviewed first.
• Linked new path to uninstall docs for all currently supported versions of NA.
