Does this project support other brain imaging signals?

I am trying to use this project in EEG and fnirs signals. Is this project considering supporting other brain imaging signals?

Hi @zhangsy1915 ,

PydFC doesn't require you to necessarily use functional MRI data as input signals, using the load_from_array function from data_loader module you can load any kind of matlab or numpy arrays as a multivariate signal and then apply the dFC assessment methods on them. However, the important thing to consider is if applying those methods on your data makes sense or not.
