Small bug depending on nilearn version

Using nilearn v0.12.0, I encountered errors in loading BOLD signals from data. Based on conversations with @mtorabi59, this can be resolved by using nilearn v0.10.2.

I wish I saw this a few hours ago... this can also be solved by removing the the add background to labels slightly above, converting labels to a list in line 199 and removing line 200... At least the version of the schaefer atlas I have already has the backgound label...
