SemiAutoAnnotate breaks with refine=auto if typeof(clusters)!=#

I think this has been patched? If you can test it out sometime let me know if its still incorrect.

Error message presents regardless of refine. It only happens when data_type = "Both"

Pushed latest vesrion / fixed now. Issue was with:

ann@results$marker_based$dotplot_all$data$cluster

ann@results$marker_free$corr

having mismatching cluster names.
There are other cases that may cause a similar error, such as only one cluster having a mismatched name or the length of each list is different. Either way this is just a temporary fix and we can correct it further if needed.
