As an end user, I want to control whether Nextcloud notifications are sent for new messages in the announcement center. Currently, I cannot do this; each announcement it sent to me and all users, always (except the announcement creator has disabled sending emails for the given announcement).
Describe the solution you'd like
I should find an enable/disable option under "Personal Settings > Notifications" to disable notifications for new announcements and comments on announcements.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Spam filter in my email inbox; Admin disables accounts that shall not receive notifications, send announcement and then enable accounts again
