Steps to reproduce

1. Go to announcements comments.
2. Type "@user"

Expected behaviour

The user tagging selector should show.

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens when typing "@user"

Server configuration

Web server: Apache

Database: Type: pgsql

Version: PostgreSQL 16.8 on x86_64-pc-linux-musl, compiled by gcc (Alpine 14.2.0) 14.2.0, 64-bit

PHP version: Version: 8.3.17

Nextcloud version: Nextcloud Hub 10 (31.0.0)

So it works, but there is no "preview" and no "autocomplete".

As I said, nothing happens when putting @, do you have to type the username manually and then tag shows once the reply is posted? i found it did, but it would be easier if the list to select a user were easier. and /, then the profile picker does nothing but paste a URL to the person's profile. I thought it was meant to show a card.
