Conflicting node version requirements

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to install the node packages of this template by using "npm install"
2. If using a node version compatible with ^20.0.0 this package is going to complain, if using one compatible with ^24.0.0 the packages "@nextcloud/eslint-plugin" and "@nextcloud/eslint-plugin@2.2.1" are going to complain.

Expected behaviour

It should not complain

Actual behaviour

It complains. Note that yarn turns this warning into an error, which made me notice it in the first place, so fixing this would not only fix an annoying warning, but also make yarn usable.

As far as I can tell the node and npm versions in this package are correct, but those dependencies didn't have any releases bumping the required versions.

That is good to know, I just tried running all default commands and it seemed to work with either 20 or 24 and I didn't know how feasible it would be to update the dependencies. Will open issues at the respective repos.
