Allow setting default mode in Assistant app (e.g., "Chat with AI" instead of "Text Creation")

Describe the feature you'd like to request

Currently, the Assistant app always starts in the "Text Creation" mode. However, many users (myself included) primarily use the "Chat with AI" mode and would prefer to open directly into it by default.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a setting to choose the default mode ("Text Creation" or "Chat with AI").

Alternatively: Remember the last used mode and reopen the Assistant in that state.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Benefits:

• Saves time switching modes
• Improves user experience and workflow
• Makes the Assistant feel more personal and flexible

This was solved in #206 and will be released in version 2.5.0. Thanks for bringing this up again, I'll plan to to release it this month!
