Bug description

Update to Nextcloud 31.0.9 available. (channel: "stable")
Following file will be downloaded automatically: https://download.nextcloud.com/server/releases/nextcloud-31.0.9.zip

Updater run in non-interactive mode.

Start update

Info: Pressing Ctrl-C will finish the currently running step and then stops the updater.

[✘] Check for expected files failed
Unknown files detected within the installation folder. This can be fixed by manually removing (or moving) these files. The following extra files have been found:
REUSE.toml

Update failed. To resume or retry just execute the updater again.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Upgrade to 30.0.15
  2. Start Upgrade again to 31.0.9
  3. Error The following extra files have been found:
    REUSE.toml

Expected behavior

Run the Upgrade without any error message

Yes, you can delete this File and then the Upgrade is working.
