Instead of photos and video that are sent being diffrent sizes, make them a one static size.

Additional context
If a photo is lower resolution that what what the preview should be, upscale it. And btw here are some screenshots:

It doesn't look good. And while we're at it, why doesn't the app group photos like Whatsapp, Messenger, ...

Thank you, that's a known issue.
It might be solved with #5635, i will keep an eye on it
