Add detailed usage docs #44
Description
Feedback during Nextstrain office hours that this workflow is not as easy to get started with as monkeypox because it is lacking documentation.
Example docs from monkeypox that I think would be useful to add here:
- ingest README
- usage docs on how to produce the different builds
- nextclade/README
- simplify top level README (mpox example)
