Talent window seems to latch onto cursor location when opening in a weird way. #43

Title. When opening the talent window it seems to anchor to your cursor but based on what you have your UI scale set at it seems to shift and not exactly be tied to your cursor. This also makes it very annoying when moving around the window, clicking on it in different places will jerk the window across the screen. I've had multiple times where it has moved entirely off the screen and I've had to turn off the addon and do a wtf reset to get it to fix.
