Support creating a PoN with ichorCNA

Description of feature

Support generating a panel of normals with ichorCNA. Given the last version has removed all command line usage, a custom script should be done and placed in the pipeline's bin. Is this still acceptable in nf-core or discouraged?

I think some bits are already in nf-core, I need however to check (sorry, today I'm on sick leave!).

Ok, I checked, there's already a module for it: https://github.com/nf-core/modules/tree/master/modules/nf-core/ichorcna/createpon

So I guess it's "just" a matter of integrating it. Sorry again, I didn't have time to check on this before.
