Boltz v2.0.0 container keeps downloading mols.tar even if it exists in the work directory

### Description of the bug

We realized that Boltz v2.2.1 has the issue of not recognizing the mols directory in the work directory and always downloads it. The container needs to be updated as soon as it is fixed on the Boltz repository. An issue was opened there.
