I would suggest to talk to Damiano about this as we are doing a bunch of work with it together with MapFish to improve it in various ways (bettere legends, making it work in a clustered set up, etc..)

Ciao Simone, I was just migrating the issues in the context of a repo reorganization. This task is nothing I need to implement in the near future. Indeed, I don't think it was me who added it initially.
