Job Latency (Timeline) Chart #451
Description
@cshamis requested a new metrics chart be added to Scale that would display the average time spent in each stage of a job type:
- DATA: average time to process the data (time from file discovery to ingest complete)
- JOB: Average run time of the job - to only include the actual run time, excluding the pre/post/etc steps
- OVERHEAD: Everything else (pre/post/pull/time between ingest and run/etc)
This chart will require an API change to return the applicable data: ngageoint/scale#1858
