Selecting data for a batch has poor filtering #1920

Description
Upon batch creation, when selecting data you can not filter by type, and end up getting both source and product files in the mix. Additionally, any filter applied seems to be limited to 100 results.
Reproduction Steps
Steps to reproduce the problem:
- make a new batch
- select some filters
- observe less than adequate results
Expected behavior
Data selection for batches should be user friendly, properly filtered, and offer more than 100 results as required.
Version and Environment Details
- Scale API: RC7.2
- Scale UI: 17.01
