Add sound card driver

Entry level users often use sound cards for digitizing one or two channels of low-rate AC coupled waveform data.

Right now this is supported by WAV import for offline analysis, but it would be nice to be able to connect directly to a sound card and stream waveform data from it, with basic level triggering in software in the driver.
