When an inline issue is removed, update the status in the remotes?

E.g. if I add an inline [todo], update remotes, finish that [todo] and delete the comment, i'd expect the remote [todo] to have status marked as completed when I next run an update, otherwise I effectively have to update my [todo] twice.
