Sometimes when you try to promote, the pawn gets stuck on the 7th rank but your time keeps running

I haven't been able to reproduce this, however someone else came across this bug. I'm about to push a commit with basic bughouse analysis that should make it easier to diagnose, since nobody can actually look at the archived games now!
