Basic Torch recipe locked until Mining 4 is unlocked

Regular Minecraft torch is locked for crafting until you unlock Mining 4 in SkillMMO

Minecraft and Fabric version
Minecraft 1.20.1
Fabric Loader 0.14.22
Fabric API 0.88.1

Config changes
No

Other mods installed
There is about 360, is there a way for me to export a list? Using Prism Launcher

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new world
2. Level up
3. Acquire 1 levels in 'Survival'
4. See that you can't craft Minecraft Torch

Expected behavior
What did you expect to happen?
Expected to be able to craft torches with Survival one unlocked.

Same issue here, with same settings, but it's not even craftable at Mining 4. Moreover it's not even craftable, not even in creative.

similar issue of no torches, but i'm at mining 4 and survival 0. i haven't found torches anywhere in the skill unlock previews nor in the mod descriptions for each skill. fabric loader 0.16.14 fabric api 0.92.6 ver 1.20.1, 48 mods installed (will list on request), modrinth, tried to change the config after world creation and level ups to unlock the item, but that didn't work. it's rather unfortunate since the mod was growing on me
