Add guidance about relative images in documentation for the documentation #263

Related to nih-cfde/the-fair-cookbook#46
Relative image paths in the cookbook do not work by the time they reach production, they do work if you use the parent directory as the anchor. It would be helpful to provide guidance to documentation contributors on the best practices when it comes to adding images so that they don't end up breaking in the future.
