Routes created to serve bootstrap fail when when app.use() is used to provide a 404

I detected that when a call of `app.use();` is used to act as a 404 error, it impacts the routes created inside the module. 

A temporary patch would be to disable those routes. I'll publish a fixed version within the next few days.
