[Feature Request] Merging the woolsystem's block-registration command with the map-blocks command

As the block-registration command is a command, linked to the map-blocks command, as the function's usability is increased by centralizing it.
Describe the solution you'd like
The block-registration commands functionality is going to be added to the map-blocks command, accessible to further arguments passed toward it
