Duplicated edge IDs in outcome_standardoutcome_relation.txt

Hi,
We are inserting the CTKG data into AWS Neptune and found some duplicated edge IDs in the file outcome_standardoutcome_relation.txt

We're getting errors like:

"The edge id 'outcome::standardoutcome:44679' is assigned to multiple edges."
"The edge id 'outcome::standardoutcome:44686' is assigned to multiple edges."
"The edge id 'outcome::standardoutcome:44705' is assigned to multiple edges."
"The edge id 'outcome::standardoutcome:44706' is assigned to multiple edges."
"The edge id 'outcome::standardoutcome:44710' is assigned to multiple edges."
"The edge id 'outcome::standardoutcome:44711' is assigned to multiple edges."
"The edge id 'outcome::standardoutcome:44717' is assigned to multiple edges."
"The edge id 'outcome::standardoutcome:44808' is assigned to multiple edges."
"The edge id 'outcome::standardoutcome:44812' is assigned to multiple edges."
"The edge id 'outcome::standardoutcome:44815' is assigned to multiple edges."

Is ti possible to modify the source file using different ID for each edge, please?
