Could not establish a trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel

Hey guys,

for some reason Growl for Windows doesn´t work anymore. Therefore I need another command line tool to send messages to Prowl. Prowlin seems to be a good one for it.

If I use prowlincmd on a Win10-machine, it also doesn´t work:

"Could not establish a trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel"

Unbehandelte Ausnahme: System.Net.WebException: Die Anfrage wurde abgebrochen: Es konnte kein geschützter SSL/TLS-Kanal erstellt werden..

   bei Prowlin.HttpInterface.GetResultDocument(Dictionary`2 parameters, String method, ResultBase resultBase)
   bei Prowlin.HttpInterface.SendVerification(IVerification verification)
   bei Prowlin.Console.Program.Run(String[] args)
   bei Prowlin.Console.Program.Main(String[] args)

Is there any chance to get the tool running?
