Description
I have been trying to use the python modules created for lipid analysis using OpenStructure.
I have installed the software and your modules as per the instructions provided in documentation. However, when I run any of the examples provided, I end up getting an error saying "RuntimeError: missing PrefixPath, and no fallback OST_ROOT env var".
Could you please help me out with how to get past this issue?
